Technical Advantages

NFPA Series

  • The high-strength aluminum alloy tube has a 60 Rc hard-coated inner diameter, and its hard coating actually impregnates the base aluminum.
  • The solid aluminum alloy piston is strong, lightweight and carries a wide graphite-filled PTFE wear band to support maximum load conditions.
  • Oversized nonmetallic composite rod bearing provides maximum load support and good wear resistance.
  • The ground and polished hard chrome plated steel piston rod maximizes cycle life for the bushing and seals.
  • The cushion comes with a flush, retained adjustment needle and a seal that allows quick full flow to the entire piston surface for instant stroke reversal.
  • Tie rods are made from 100,000 psi minimum yield steel for maximum holding power.
  • The port design allows full flow for optimal cylinder operation.
  • Magnalube-G Teflon-impregnated grease provides a long operating life and lubricates across a wide temperature range.

OEM-NFPA FCQN Series

  • The cylinders are available with a wide range of NFPA interchangeable mounting configurations.
  • Cylinder tubes feature hard-anodized aluminum construction to resist corrosion and exhibit low internal friction.
  • Magnalube-G Teflon-impregnated grease provides a long operating life and lubricates across a wide temperature range.
