Our FA Series of products features individual filters, regulators, lubricators and separators plus FRLs and other combination units to ensure clean and uniform air flow to critical parts. We also help you keep personnel and equipment out of harm’s way with lockout/tagout and soft-start valves. And, our quick exhaust valves can help improve cylinder performance. Filters
FA...-F
FA filters are an effective first line of defense against contamination. These filters can remove particles before they can contaminate and compromise components around your system. Customers can select from three standard sizes or choose the 40µ version, depending on filtration requirements. Each filter comes with polycarbonate bowls and plastic bowl guards, and air service is up to 145 psi.

Regulators
FA...-R
FA regulators make sure your clean air is at the right pressure throughout your system. Simply adjust outlet pressure by pulling the knob away from the housing and, when the orange stripe appears, begin rotating the knob. The regulating range is 5 to 125 psi, and the maximum operating pressure is 145 psi. FA regulators feature a square embedded pressure gauge with psi scale and one MBCR-type mounting bracket and panel nut, and they are available with port sizes from ⅛ to 1 inch.

Filter/Regulator Combo

Ensure clean air and optimize its flow with one unit! This combined filter-regulator economizes space and saves installation time. Customers can select a standard filter that removes particles down to 5µ, or larger models which filter 25 or 40µ, along with regulators that include a square embedded pressure gauge with psi scale and an MBCR-type mounting bracket. The units have a maximum operating pressure of 145 psi, and they are available with port sizes from ⅛ to 1 inch.

Lubricators
FA...-L
FA lubricators inject a small amount of oil into your system, continually giving downstream components the right amount of oil mist to help prevent corrosion, reduce wear and avoid premature part replacement. The result: a smooth-running system and maximum efficiency. The reservoir bowl includes an oil level indicator so you can maintain an ample supply. Port sizes range from ⅛ to 1 inch.

Mist and Micro-Mist Separators
FA...-M and FA...-MM
Keep your equipment free from contaminants. FA Series mist and micro-mist separators can filter out particles, oils and vapors that can otherwise compromise sensitive system components. Mist separators remove materials 1µ or larger, and micro-mist separators filter materials down to 0.01µ. The devices integrate with our other FRL products using the same mounting brackets and connectors. Available in five port sizes from ⅛ to ¾ inch NPT, each separator comes with polycarbonate bowls and plastic bowl guards. Air service is up to 145 psi.

Combinations
FRL, CL, CM, FMR, FR
We combine FA Series Air Prep products to create two- and three-in-one units that provide comprehensive air management to suit your system, budget and space requirements. Combinations include FRL filter-regulator-lubricator units and two type-L mounting brackets, the CL filter-regulator combo with lubricator and T-type mounting bracket, the CM filter-regulator combo with mist separator and T-type mounting bracket, the FMR filter-mist separator-regulator and two type-L mounting brackets, and the FR filter-regulator with T-type mounting bracket.
Standard filters or filter-regulator combos operate at 145 psi and can remove particles down to 5µ, with other ratings available. Customers can choose manual or automatic filter drain and port sizes from ⅛ to ¾ inch or 1 inch for select models. The regulators have a standard range of 5 to 125 psi. Combination units with mist separators can remove materials of 1µ or larger, and have ⅛ to ¾ inch port sizes.

Soft Start Valve
FAV Series
FAV Series soft start valves protect your pneumatic system and give you peace of mind whenever installation or repair occurs. The valves raise incoming pressure, supplying air at low speed to avoid damaging critical components. When cutting off the air supply, the valves exhaust quickly. Available with ⅜ and ½ inch NPT port sizes, FAV soft start valves are compatible with other Fabco-Air prep products.

Lockout / Tagout Valve
RLT Series
This manually operated three-way valve will shut your machine down when you need to keep personnel safe during maintenance and repair. When in exhaust position, the valve can be locked out to prevent accidental start-up. The valve connects to FRL components using an NPT port or manifold interface components. Port sizes range from ¼ to ½ inch.

Quick Exhaust Valve
FKP Series
When you need to improve your cylinder’s performance, install quick exhaust valves. The FKP valve rapidly purges cylinder exhaust, increasing cylinder speed while reducing cycle times. The valve can be used with most Fabco-Air pneumatic cylinders. Quick exhaust valves come in port sizes from ⅛ to ½ inch.
