Square 1®

Square 1® air cylinders feature short strokes and a compact size to fit into any application. The square design of this double-acting, single-rod unit allows users to decrease the center-to-center spacing for applications that need multiple cylinders. Built for durability, the Square 1’s heavy walls are made from hard-anodized aluminum, both inside and outside the cylinder. Units with a one-inch stroke or larger come with a Teflon™ piston bearing and a longer bearing on the rod. Other construction features include hard chrome-plated stainless steel piston rods for long cylinder life, and a rod bushing lined with non-metallic high performance composite for high load-bearing strength.

The Square 1 also comes pre-lubed with Magnalube-G® Teflon™-impregnated grease to resist corrosion and moisture. Bore sizes range from ¾ to 2 inches and strokes up to 6 inches, and operating air or hydraulic pressure is 150 psi.
