Our Products
High Force Actuators
Some applications demand greater output force than possible with a conventional cylinder. That’s why we offer a full range of high-power actuators to complement our comprehensive actuator lineup. Highlights include the Hi-Power™ family with long strokes versus overall length to achieve maximum space efficiency, and the Multi-Power® family designed with multiple pistons attached to a single rod to deliver tremendous thrust forces.
We also offer series that conform to NFPA specifications to give you the convenience of interchangeability. For applications requiring hydraulic performance, the HHD Series 3,000 psi-rated actuator is especially suitable for heavy duty applications. We can also enhance your assembly operations with desktop and portable crimpers that boost productivity and reduce operator fatigue.

Custom Solutions
Continuous acting booster for dental application
This booster was modified to allow external switching to prevent crossover from inlet to exhaust when the unit stalls.
Model F-55 Press customized with user tooling
Fabco-Air attaches multiple pistons to a common shaft and provides internal air passages through the shaft to all pistons.
Supply air applied to the extend port energizes all pistons simultaneously, thus multiplying the extend thrust enabling tremendous forces to be obtained.
Four-stage Multi-Power with Built-in Quick Exhaust Pump Valve
A unique dovetail mount allows the customer to change centers on a resistance welding application.
Multi-Power Air Cylinder and Linear Slide Combination for Hydraulic Shock and Speed Control
Fabco-Air created a Multi-Power air cylinder and a linear slide combination that provides adjustable strokes, high power and precision guiding for an automotive application. This custom unit can supply 4,720 pounds of force at 100 psi.
Special Cylinder Design Meets Length Restrictions
To address length restrictions that precluded the use of overhanging guide shafts or double rod construction, Fabco-Air modified a five-inch bore Hi-Power cylinder with a special tool plate and long composite bushings for continuous guide shaft engagement.
Seven-inch Diameter Hole Through Double Rod Air Cylinder
Fabco-Air customized a Hi-Power™ cylinder to fit into small parts assembly machinery. The large hole allows mechanical drives and pressure/vacuum lines to pass through to the point of use.
Four Stage Multi-Power® with Built-In Quick Exhaust Dump Valve
Unique dovetail mount enables the customer to change centers on a resistance welding application.
