High Performance in Specialized Applications
When a standard valve just won’t fit your project, our line of Special Purpose Valves can help. Each valve is designed for a specialized application:
- One-shot (pulse) valve. The OS-1 is an air valve series that provides a momentary output at its cylinder port when pressure is applied at its inlet. This valve is commonly used in signal conversion applications.
- Pressure sensing/sequence valve. The RV-1 Series valve is designed to open when a pre-set amount of pressure is applied to provide a pilot signal for circuit control.
- Micro-limit valves. The MSV Series of valves are tiny, poppet-style valves designed for very light actuating forces.
- Check and shuttle valves.

- Shorter pulse can be field set with ordinary sewing needle

RV Series:
- Operating temperature: 0° to + 180° F
- Operating pressure: 20 to 150 psi
- Standard Spring: 50 to 150 psi
- Light Spring: 20 to 55 psi

MSV Series:

- Machined brass bar stock body

- Low operating force
- Lever or roller: 40 psi – 1 oz.; 100 psi – 2 oz.
- Stem: 40 psi – 7 oz.; 100 psi – 16 oz.
- Extremely short stroke: 0.005 to 0.010 inch movement of stem normally provides sufficient pilot volume

Shuttle valves:

- Spool action can be observed for troubleshooting circuit
- No springs
- Self-cleaning orifice

- Stem, level and roller actuator options available
