Compact, durable F-Series cylinders come with a strong aluminum piston and feature stainless bodies that provide excellent corrosion resistance. These 250 psi-rated, light-duty actuators are directly interchangeable with other leading pneumatic cylinder brands — bore for bore and option for option, making modifications quick and easy.
These F-Series double-acting cylinders come with counterbored holes at the front end of the unit to allow easy mounting with socket head cap screws. The cylinders have an axially positioned supply port on the rod end and a flow port on the head end, plus cross slots for quick response and smooth rod movement.
Nose mount, axial port F-Series cylinders are available in the following bore sizes: 3/4, 1-1/16, 1-1/4, 1-1/2 and 2 inches with standard strokes ranging from 1/2 up to 6 inches long, depending on the bore size. A wide selection of models and options are standard, and a standard mounting nut is included.
Attractive for installations where misalignment is a concern, these F-Series cylinders are designed to pivot through an arc. Most F-Series rear pivot-mount cylinders come with guide pins, and select units include bolt holes for applications that require extra mounting rigidity.
F-Series rear pivot mount cylinders are available in 3/4, 1-1/16, 1-1/4, 1-1/2 and 2-inch bore sizes with standard strokes ranging from ½ to 6 inches long, depending on the bore size. A wide selection of models and options — including pivot bracket — are standard.
